The Visible Artist podcast is inspired by the hundreds of conversations with artists, curators, gallerists, collectors and brands that Sophie enjoys in her position as Fair Director of a global artist platform.

This podcast was created to share the value of these conversations with as many artists as possible.

Sophie Loxton Lucas is a curator, arts producer and lecturer. She has worked with hundreds of artists across the UK, US and Australia. Passionate about opportunities for artists within the creative community, Sophie leads professional development lectures at University of the Arts London, and was a 2019/20 NEW INC. mentor for the New Museum, NYC. She sits on the board of The Sketchbook Project, Brooklyn, and the development committee of Hospital Rooms, London.

Sophie currently holds the position of Head of Creative Programming at The Other Art Fair, Saatchi Art (and was previously Fair Director Brooklyn and Chicago). She regularly presents curated tours and art investment lectures for Saatchi Art, The Times and The Wall Street Journal.
